Small Office Rental Space?

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to find a small, "single room" office space for rent?  All I have been able to find are those that are renting an entire office building or floor.  Craig's List didn't yield much, nor do local real estate ads.  Are there any type of rental agents that handle this, or any other ideas?
