Replacement Swiss Army Knife parts?

I'm looking to replace, specifically, the toothpick of my Swiss Army knife. I've checked online at and/or called some of the Big Box stores (Lowes, Home Depot, Target) and they don't seem to carry just replacement parts. Does anyone know of anywhere where I could just buy a new toothpick for my knife? (Preference given for South Hills, East End or Monroeville locations, but anywhere I can get to will work.)
