So, the PA Department of the Treasury has a .gov website. That links to http://www.patreasury.org/. On that site, there's a link to the unclaimed property database, which found $200 that some company owed me, but never paid because I moved before the check reached me.
Figured if the links helped me, someone else out there might catch a windfall, too.
