This may be a stupid question, but why are cat carriers too small?

My best friend's brother in law is a vet near Franklin. I'll have to see if he's helping out with this.

Probably because of they are dealing with moving/sheltering many cats, and a cat carrier usually only holds one cat.

They need crates that could hold multiple cats.

I was going to make a complicated your mom joke about carriers holding multiple things and then....I just lost it.

...I miss you, man.

I hope they hold the inspectors who greenlighted this place responsible. The stuff coming out of there is absolutely atrocious, and it is awful that local regulators did not stop it.

There's *a lot* of conflicting information going around about the situation with respect to exactly how many cats were rounded up, how many have been euthanized and why (I do know that she had FIV+ cats and calcivirus is pretty horrible, plus the feral population out there). It's going to be interesting to see what comes out of it, but I don't know why the PSPCA is not releasing any more information now.

I do know that some humane agents in the area are really upset that they're being characterized as negligent when they were never informed of any complaints about TR or contacted by the PSPCA.

You can donate online by clicking here and typing "Tiger Ranch" in the dedication field on the payment form.

Can you post a link to where "here" is? I'd love to get my office together to make a big donation!

Also, do you know if they're looking for people to volunteer their time in any way to help out? I've personally got more time than money at the moment and I would like to help out with this in any way I can.

Sorry about that. I was just forwarding an email message and just cut and paste. The address for donations would be http://www.pspca.org/donate
