I'm going to university in France this year! Got an e-mail today saying I've been allocated to EMLYON Business School (in Lyon, obv). It wasn't one of my choices but is actually rated quite a bit higher than any I put on my application form, so idk, win all round.

Let's hope Erasmus is all it's cracked up to be!

I really don't know what's wrong with my. I just CAN'T do things I'm supposed to until the last possible minute, it's pathetic. I have an economics report due in for Wednesday that involves copious amounts of Excel, charts, numbers and calculations, as well as 1500 words, and I've barely scratched the surface. It's like that kind of awful hangover where you've got a sore throat, you're delicate all over and everything is painful and loud and you just want to lie in bed all day, except I haven't been drinking. I'm panicking so much, I've hardly bought any presents yet and the crazy winter weather is making it difficult to get out much.

So I've been taking lessons since February, and I'm still at it. And at £22 an hour it ain't cheap! I just don't understand why I'm so bad. I'm STILL making the same mistakes I was making waaaay back in the first couple of months - not being in the right gear, getting confused at roundabouts, going too fast ALL THE DAMN TIME. It's summer, my family are away on holiday for two weeks and I have the house to myself. What do I do? Sit online all day! I'm so boring, lolz.

I know most students are like this, but jeeez. I have a group project on Ryanair's international operations that we're supposed to present on Thursday and haven't done anything for it at all.
