You Make My Day meme
I've been tagged by the lovely softly_sweetly to do the "You Make My Day" meme, wherein I name 10 people who routinely make my day.

Here they are in no particular order:
(1) mordyn4: My first lj friend, who taught me just about everything (and I do mean everything, because I didn't know how to copy and paste at that point) I know about computers. She had such patience with me! I admire her well-thought-out and articulate comments and recs. She doesn't comment as much as she used to (and I miss that), but we're still buds. She's the first person I ever met online that I thought I might like to meet some day. I hope we get the chance sometime.
(2) enchanted_jae: She rocks my socks almost every single day with her mixture of hot porn and lovely fluff. She makes me smile with her self-deprecating humour, her innate sweetness and her unbelievable prolific-ness.
(3) dracofiend: She's the first author with whom I had in-depth discussions of fanfic. It was her Another Day trilogy that we discussed, and I was terribly chuffed that she answered all my questions, and was so incredibly friendly and warm. She sent me a little personal H/D drabble for my birthday last year, too, which thrilled me no end.
(4) calanthe_fics: She's such an amazing writer. Her Mudhoney series opened my eyes to a much more mature and adult H/D dynamic than I was used to reading. And I love her passion for life in general.
(5) fourth_rose: Her intelligence and originality shine through in her fics, and she has a great sense of humour, to boot. I like the fact that she's so willing to discuss her fics and her ideas.
(6) annafugazzi: I'm a music lover, so I really appreciate the fact that anna downloads the music that she talks about in her fics. Her stories are so real; she doesn't shy away from the hard facts and difficult decisions that make up a relationship between our two grown up young men.
<7> taradiane/psychobarfly: *is a cheater* OK, I know that there are two of you, but you write the most hilarious and most heart-wrenching RPG I've ever read, and I love you both. Your affection for your characters is palpable. I'm always anxiously awaiting the next installment.
<8> softly_sweetly: Despite life not really going her way recently, sweets finds the energy and time to write great fics and be a supportive and loving friend as well. I'm so glad we met. And I will be sending that cherry Jello soon, I promise.
<9> sesheta_66: Sesshie is another one of my newer friends. I admire the fact that she quit her day job to pursue her love of writing. I think that that really took guts. She is very funny and very friendly and I appreciate her friendship.
<10> rurounihime: We don't talk all that much, but if I had to pick my favourite H/D author, it would be her. Her Harry and Draco are real people to me. Her writing makes me ache in the best way possible. She makes me cry with almost everything she writes, because the emotion she expresses is that powerful and deep. Read The Arrangement (if you've been under a rock somewhere and haven't already read it) and you'll see what I mean.
I detest stopping at ten. Others who routinely make my day are my lovely daughter otakuwench; the ever-cheerful sassy_cissa, megyal, nessime_lisen and alisanne; two of my newest friends, gurlimoviegeek and alaana_fair; the intelligent and incredibly productive celandineb; my fabulous drabble-writing friend witch_babe (I love her more than just a "wee" bit); the sophisticated and worldly coffeejunkii; my brilliant friends ms_semicolon and twisted_m and those crazy loons kit84 and calico_jynx, who make me laugh on a routine basis. I also adore frayach because she makes me think and is so articulate, and moonflower_rose (even though she's left the H/D universe) because she makes me giggle.
If I didn't mention you, it doesn't mean I don't love you! There are many of you that I only correspond with sporadically, but I truly appreciate everyone on my flist.
