I sold a bunch of cds today. I'm amazed at how lucrative it is! I made $80 at Love Garden for just 23 cds! And then sold 30 remaining ones to Hastings for $43.25. I thought that I'd be lucky to get a dollar a piece! I'm so excited. I still have several I could sell that I just didnt bring.

For two weeks I've had an eye infection. I've seen two doctors over it. I started reading this book, "Take off Your Glasses and See" about healing your eyesight. That night, my eye decided to retaliate I guess and hasnt let up since. The second doctor said my eye wasnt scratched and there was nothing in it. He said he didnt know what it was, but it was "severe." (Ummmm DUH!) He gave me some steroid eye drops, because the anitbiotic ones didnt work. Its looking better, but its still itchy.

Its caused me to not wear my lenses for the two weeks and has definitely taught me that I dont need them as much as I thought I did. I'm definitely seeing better thanks to trying to work through the ideas in the book. Although, I dont see perfectly, I do have moments where I see everything so perfectly clear it seems that all colors are brighter and even the air is alive with life. Here's an interesting article on vision as a metaphor, the same idea as contained in the book I'm reading: http://healing.about.com/library/uc_vision_0201.htm

We got a new baby this week, its a Avicularia Purpurea (purple tree spider). When it grows up, it will be bright purple! It so cute! It will walk and walk and walk across your hands, but isnt used to clothing. They get to be about 4-5 inches in leg span as adults. They live in the rain forests of Ecuador, but this little guy was captive bred in the US.

Here's a pic of our new baby, Haze, on Noel's hand:
