Disgusting ride accident

At Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom, the ride called Superman Tower of Power malfunctioned, resulting in the most disgusting accident ever. This ride is a drop tower-type thing, like the skydiver or whatever it's called at Castles n Coasters. It's 177 feet tall. The ride goes up with all the people in it, and everything is working just fine. When they got dropped, a cable snapped. As they were dropping at 54 miles per hour the cable hits people's legs and stuff. There was a 13 year old girl on the ride. The cable wrapped around her ankles and severed her feet completely off just about the ankle. Can you imagine? It must have pulled so tight that it snapped the bone and then yanked off the remaining muscle and tissue holding her feet on. That is completely disgusting! And her feet were still there, too! Most of the info is currently saying that doctors are sewing her feet back on. AH!! That's so scary. It's something like 8 other rides that are closed across the country. No one is totally sure at what point on the ride it happened or why the cable broke, but jeez. That is really horrible.
