So I posted on the Tampa LiveJournal community, asking if anybody had a ring for sale, because sometimes people will break off their engagements and sell everything related to the wedding on that community. I have seen it a MILLION times.

OH NO, BUT I DON'T GET REAL ANSWERS! THAT WOULD BE EXPECTING PEOPLE TO NOT BE DICKS! Oh, and let's not forget the visits from Captain Obvious.

"Am I reading your post right? You bought a ring, scratched it up with sand paper and are now going to try to return it to the person you bought it from?"

YES, WELL NO SHIT, SHERLOCK. HE HAD IT POSTED AS THE REAL THING. IF IT WERE A REAL DIAMOND, IT WOULDN'T HAVE SCRATCHED, THUSLY I AM ENTITLED TO MY MONEY BACK.

and then...

"Why would you buy a wedding ring on ebay? ... Something about that just sounds really backwards...."

Yeah, like that's going to help. KTHNX, HUN.
Don't you think I would have gone to freaking Tiffany's if you think I could afford it. Really, dude.
Actually, they apologized, so it's okay.

I think some people, when they get behind a computer, lose a few brain cells. Seriously. My FreeCycle emails always have listings like "WANTED: AUTOMATIC CAR IN WORKING CONDITION" or "WANTED: PS3!" Like, yeah dude. Totally.

WHATEVS I NEED SOME TIPS ON HOW TO COMPLETELY SCREW OVER MY EBAY SELLER.
