(no subject)
Well, well, well. I have less than three weeks left of college. It's absolutely insane, the time's just flown. I guess I'll start by saying I'm moving to Queensland! Specifically, Dunk Island - which is situated between Cairns and Townsville. In other words, very, very far north. I leave on the 14th of December which sucks because I have a lot of stuff which I wanted to be in Sydney for over Xmas and New Year's. But I didn't get much of a choice and the sooner I start, the better.
Exams and assignments are plentiful. I've just finished one major assignment for Golf & Spa but now I have another two major assignments for Finance and Research, and another Management presentation in an hour. Then we have three final exams, all in the last week. It's pretty damn intense.
In other news, my sister is getting married again. BIG NEWS! The strange part is, she's getting married in South Africa. Bloody weird, huh? So in February I'll be experiencing Africa for the very first time. And then I'll have been to EVERY continent on the planet. Haha, I'm excited.
We've had some good times this semester. Last Friday was Ben's 21st so a huge group of us drove down to Sydney and experienced a private cruise on the Sydney Harbour. I think there were about sixty of us, it was intense. The best part? It cost $50 and that included unlimited alcohol. Haha, what a recipe for disaster. Especially amongst us BMHS folk. The night was awesome. We were on the cruise for four hours, then hit up Star City, then hit up Pontoon. I got to bed at 6:00am and slept till 5:00pm. Definitely a worthwhile night!
Next Friday I'm hitting up Sublime @ Sydney. Infected Mushroom are playing again and Annika and I are going, along with a few of the boys. We're going to stay at The Menzies and get completely pampered. Should be such a blast! I'm definitely pumped.
Graduation is in just over two weeks. I'm totally looking forward to that, too. If I manage to get my tax money before then in order to buy a new dress, shoes, etc. Should be a wicked night - it always is.
