so.
the formal was great (trying hard not to compare the 2). everyone looked beautiful as expected and i have to snaffle photos off everyone. instead of flowers the school gave us customized lollies from the big banana lolly shop ("bdc 2006" - i thought it was kind of cool anyway). the good thing about this formal (besides from a bigger venue) was that heaps of people stayed and danced after the formal was over (unlike last year when people left straight away to head to the after formal party).
the after formal party was good (if a little messy). an honorable mention goes out to lin who, by sculling half a bottle of vodka, managed to hospitalise himself for 2 days. next time lin, perhaps you should take the advice that nichole and myself give you. oh yes, and i have your shirt (rescued before the torrent of vomit and dribbling). so besides from the excitement of one of us being carted off in an ambulance, its was a great night with lots of dancing and glow sticks (from a distance it looked like a mini rave).
so its finally over, now i just have to send off my portfolio and get through the exams.
