Oh hai
Well, it has been a considerably long time since I've posted anything here and I think it has been a pretty long time since I've updated some people on what I've been up to lately. Really, there is too much for one post and I don't want to make this long so I'll just cover the basics.
I graduated from Colby in May. That was already over a month ago, wow. Colby graduated pretty late--the last weekend of May--so I didn't stay in Maine very long after that. I think like two or three days.
I moved to Vermont the very beginning of June. I am doing a homeshare thing which means I am living with an older women for a reduced rent. The lady I am living with is named Alyce, she's in her early 80's and is very nice. Her apartment is small and rather cluttered, but we've been working on cleaning it out together. It's been working out pretty well so far I don't have internet, which was hard at first but I am getting used to it. It hardly matters anymore except I'd like to be able to play WoW when I am bored without having to go to Greg's.
I sold my car last week. I knew I wouldn't be able to get a new inspection sticker without spending more money than I have, so I just said good-bye. Now I rely on walking and taking the bus, which luckily goes everywhere I need to go . . . at least around here. In other words, I am pretty much trapped in VT. =P But it is good, I have a boring job at Rite Aid, but it is a job. St. Michael's is walking distance to my house so when school starts in the fall that will be convenient. Greg is also very close, he is closer to my work than I am.
Greg is super awesome all the time. I am happy to be able to see him more often. But I don't know many other people here yet. I am anxious for school to start so I can hopefully meet some nice people to be friends with.
Anyway I have to be going. Sorry this was short, I miss you all lots and lots! Hopefully I'll write again soon!
