So for about the past month I've been working on designing web components for Subway's promotional partnership with the Smithsonian National Museum of American History. The idea is that Subway's kids' meals come with free Smithsonian-themed meal bags and toys, which have codes on them that can be entered in the Subway Kids web site to unlock museum-related things. So I was in charge of designing that aspect of the promotion and other related web assets.; (I didn't do any of the programming, though.) It went live today and it looks awesome!
You can access it
here. Click on the "Click here to unlock bonus features" button to access the "gallery" section where you can potentially unlock stuff with the meal bag codes. The idea was that it is designed to look like a museum, so there's a section with framed pictures, a section with museum items displayed on shelves, and whatnot. Basically, the Smithsonian sent us images of a ton of stuff in their collection, and then I had to figure out how to set it up and how things should look. Based on their feedback, they were very pleased with it. :D
