Movie Advice at the Eleventh Hour
Hello Fellow LJ Friends,
A few days ago, my dear cable company Time Warner sent me a coupon card in the mail humbly apologizing for "interrupting the Super Bowl."
They would like us to know how "sorry they are and to undo this inconvenience and to please accept a movie on them." Direct quote from the card, I kid you not.
I can "Just order any movie on demand before 3/31/14." Wheeeee! They will credit my account for the $ 5.99.
So, in lieu of the Academy Awards tomorrow night, and the fact that I have seen NONE of the nominated Best pictures, may I ask your opinions and advice as to which movie I should watch tonight or tomorrow before the show?
I can watch Gravity or Nebraska or Dallas Buyers Club.
Any suggestions?
