Old Italian Women
Work was killer today......240 shirts........ugh. I stayed a little late. I was scheduled 7-4. Connie the seamstress comes in at 4. She's an 86 year old italian woman. Love her to death but man oh man does she have a temper. A customer came in this morning and said she didn't make his pants short enough and that she needs to redo them. I was like ok i'll give her the message. So I politely tell her what the man told me. She gets all fired up and is like "What he wants me to do them for free?! What I didn't follow the model right? How many pants?! TWO?! Oh jesus." I was like Con don't yell at me i'm just the messenger. It's bad enough I have my own moody italian grandma to deal with haha.
Yesterday was fine but of course my gram has to talk about the world ending in 2012. Gram you can believe whatever you want to believe but you shouldn't say it in front of a 6 year old boy and you shouldn't bring it up when we're trying to celebrate christmas.
