Give me just a second to vent.
I am just going to say it cause I have been typing and retyping this blog trying to sound nice but you know what I do not wanna so here goes:
1. You can NOT learn enough about a person in six months to know who they are and if you want to spend forever with them. Not even if you talk everyday and spend no days apart. Oh and chatting with someone on line does not even come close to learning who they are.
2. Why in the heck do you want to start having kids right after you get married? Why do you not want to spend some time with your new spouse, learning who they are and who you are with them, travel and build the relationship to ensure that it succeeds?
3. Oh why do you think that if you two got married things would get better marriage is not a freakin band-aid, it takes work and there will be hard times.
I am sure that I could go on for days on this stuff. Maybe I am grouchy because I am single and no where near getting married, but I think that it is more than that. I just do not want to see them get hurt. OK I think that I am done for now.
