Recent Purchases
I don't really like posting product photos on my other blog, so I decided to post them here to keep a record of my recent purchases. This way I also get to share w/ my LJ friends! I guess this is also a goodbye of sorts, goodbye to shopping for myself for a while. It's just ridic. I try to keep some limits on my spending (e.g. don't use credit cards, business/savings/non-fashion $ interests come first)--but it's just been too much lately. I want to shift toward using what I have in my wardrobe more and doing this in creative ways.

So in this last week I spent about $1000. OMG. It sounds so much worse when you add it all up right? In retrospect I think DAMN I could have bought one really fabulous pair of Louboutins or Kirkwoods, but eh, it's exciting getting lots of smaller things lol.
Anyway, the bulk of that figure is from stuff I bought at Agent Provocateur. I bought some sets on the AP site and some sets from some of my ~trusted~ UK ebay sellers. One thing I got was this gorgeous new cashmere set on ebay. I guess I won't show pics of the bra/panty sets I got (b/c that would be weird right? lolol). Agent Provocateur is definitely my favorite place for intimates. Some styles come up to size 38 band and I think the largest cup is size F.
I should also say that I don't buy AP stuff w/ anyone in mind but myself. I love AP because the pieces are beautiful and they make me feel beautiful. I get so sad when I hear women say something like "oh I don't need pretty intimates b/c I'm single"--I definitely think you should do things that make you feel fabulous whether or not you have a partner.
Here is a set I got on ebay though: cashmere top, brief, removable bow collar. This was like $500 at AP but I got it for a little more than $300. I love this top, I want to show this in an OOTD when I get it.
I didn't get this set but can I just express my love for it? It's called the Monika set. Perfection.
OK I guess I can show you just the bras, LOL, they are so pretty, I can't help it.
I love this dress, though I'm thinking of altering it into a top.
When I saw these Doc Martens boots, I remembered a less cute version by Fendi that I saw at Barneys. Had to try them, these are from Asos.
I have been wanting these SATC gloves for so long, finally decided to get them (in black) at Patricia Field, got about 30% off my order too!
I got this ring at Torrid, or at least one very similar to this.
In retrospect, I am not sure why I got these Torrid vinyl thigh highs. LOL. Initially I wanted to layer them over black tights and wear a skirt such that the vinyl would peek out? I don't know, the idea seems weird to me know.
I think I saw Xtina wearing this (or at least something similar if not?) and she was ~werkin it. LOL, I love you Xtina, I hope you don't mind me buying this belt! <3

City Chic keychain detail jeans. LOVE the chain/zip. Skinny cut. I have another pair that is similar, except darker and has diff zip details. OMG I love those jeans so much!
Corset belt (obsessed with these lately). Look how amazing it looked on the model!
