(no subject)
I absolutely hate my July schedule. Monday-Thursday is just crazy. I babysit from 8:30 until 3:00 and have education classes from 5:15 until 9:30. And some Saturday mornings I have class too. I have no free time, and what little free time I have is spent doing homework, writing papers, or working on projects. Weekends are generally spent furniture shopping. Which brings me to my next point....It's official. I am moving out on July 31!! A Wilson and I got a cute place. It's a 2/2 and in a good neighborhood. It's in Tennis Towers on the right near the turnpike and Okeechobee. Very exciting!!! And, Carl just got a condo right on the Intracoastal. It's so nice! He moves in on Friday, and I'm sure I'll be there more than I'm actually at my own place.
So random funny story...On friday night Carl and I went to see The Devil Wears Prada (btw, it's a good movie!). So we both laughed and joked that we'd see some of our students at the movie theatre and that they would all know about us after that. Well, we walked into the theatre and we were clear...no students. So on our way out, we're like 10 feet from the door and Carl sees two girls he knows. They saw him and waved so he waved back. Then they turned to go back to their friends, but did a double take and turned back around bc they saw me holding hands with him. Their mouths were literally wide open. They just stood there and stared at us. So much for keeping our relationship a secret! Well, apparently, one of the girls was in his class that would always ask him questions about his personal life, and the other girl wasn't even in his class. She would just stop by his room everyday to "say hi." So after we walked out we were laughing about how it's not a secret anymore and how by Saturday every student would know. It was going to be splashed all over Myspace, and e-mails would be flying. So I'm sure that everyone now knows. It's just so funny how they found out!
