So i went off track for a little bit! But it starts again today...
Today i weigh 73kgs.
My first goal is to get to 71kgs, then i will make a new goal.
I will follow the weight watchers plan as best i can.
Today i will eat:
Breakfast
30g high fibre cereal
1/2 cup no fat milk
1 banana

i was healthy yesterday too! i've avoided chocolate and sweets (REALLY hard for me) for the past 3 whole days!
Been eating a good amount of fiber too--helps keep me full (eating a bowl of oatmean in the morning and then for lunch makes me feel stuffed and keeps me from snacking, plus its low calorie)

I am going to try and do your plan of eating some high fibre cereal for breakfast and lunch... but i am kind of stuck as to what to eat for dinner??? Just a salad and a small amount of meat or something???
And snacks, but i had 2 health muffins left in the freezer, so i will have them today and maybe go and buy some fruit tonight for snacks tomorrow!!!
