Starting again

So i went off track for a little bit! But it starts again today...

Today i weigh 73kgs.
My first goal is to get to 71kgs, then i will make a new goal.

I will follow the weight watchers plan as best i can.
Today i will eat:
Breakfast
30g high fibre cereal
1/2 cup no fat milk
1 banana
TOTAL POINTS = 3
Lunch
3 rice cakes (wholemeal)
85g tuna
2 tbs ww cream cheese
tomato
TOTAL POINTS = 5
Snacks
2 low fat muffins
6 x strawberries & cream lollies
1 ww fruit snack pack
2 x skim milk coffees
TOTAL POINTS = 4 1/2
Dinner
Something healthy - cooking with Chantelle!!!
TOTAL POINTS LEFT FOR DINNER = 7.5

Plus i am going to the gym today for about 30-45 minutes...
