Go Andy! ;)

No matter what the result on Friday I think I'll be a little heart-broken *sob*

* That's me being rather melodramatic about tennis btw, in case it was too cryptic.

life, andy 1 and andy 2, random is random, tennis

Personally I'm going for Roddick. Because I think he is awesomesauce...and I'm glad he beat Lleyton (I'm such a bad Australian, he just rubs me the wrong way).

A Federer/Roddick final is what I'm crossing my fingers for. And Roger will probably win, but I'll be oh so torn and wish there could be draws haha

I remain sad Marat Safin did his usual trick of being fabulous or crap with no in between, so bummed he lost in the first round :(

My comment got long. Oops. I am starved of tennis following friends *lol*

I think Roddick is awesomesauce too, I really do and not long ago I would have been clear on supporting him above all others, but I've come around to Murray recently, now I just think he's misunderstood *lol* Besides he's going to get lambasted by the press over here if he loses. And he would be a British champion (I think I'm secretly more patriotic than I knew). I daresay when it gets down to it, I'll support Roddick though.

Haha is it bad if I say I want a Roddick/Haas final, because he might stand a chance of winning? *g* I like Haas though and I don't know why but I never warmed to Roger, maybe because he never needed support he did well anyway (my logic doesn't resemble other peoples, but whatever). I think he seems like a great guy though.

I'm glad you said that about Lleyton, I feel the same way, but have never been sure why exactly. I wasn't going to say it though as I know I have some Aussies on my flist *lol*

I think my comment was even longer :D
I have no tennis icon :(

Ngl, I like Andy Murray, he seems quite nice and your sports media are horrific *lol* I can't wait for the Ashes, not because of the cricket, but because of the headlines it's bound to produce ( ... )

Oh LOL. Do people always soliliquy like that at the Australian Open? I think at Wimbledon they just get gently interviewed and mumble something about it being tough. Hee he is amusing though.

I think our media is just horrific all around, they even made one of our female players cry at the beginning of the tournament. 'Do you feel you have let some people down?' WTF dude she's playing at Wimbledon, she's not doing that bad even if she didn't win.

I think Roddick/Haas would be unlikely, but certainly a bit of a different final anyway :D

I'm so late in replying but I've not been online :( And yes, that always happens at the Australian Open, there's always an acceptance speech and most of the time it's short like 'you're all awesome, *runner up* is awesome, yay' haha

Roddick/Federer it is! I found out tonight (haven't been watching the news either. True Blood has taken over my life!) I don't know who to go for. I really, REALLY want Andy to win. But I also want Roger to win to get the 15th title out of the way.

Why can't it just be a draw *weeps*

Hai icon! *g*
