Doing a 2nd batch cause my frens wld like to order but I’ve already placed orders with Mandee for Spree #1. Will be shipping to Vpost Oregon rather than California (where 1st batch is gng) so as to avoid GST. I am not sure if 2 separate batches from same merchant wld incur GST, so I’ll rather not take the risk.
