We spent about eight hours walking around the Chinatown and Gastown areas of Vancouver today, stopping only for two coffees and to visit the police museum. (We took a picnic lunch with us and ate it on the hoof!)

Ah, I'm jealous of your visit to the Police Museum, especially the grisly bits! Jay and I have discovered there's a new museum in L.A. called the Museum of Death, which we'll definitely be visiting.

You would probably like the Body Worlds exhibition then! Have you seen it?

I do like surgical, medical and forensic type museums too, I've been to quite a few all over the place. There's a tiny but very good one opposite Guy's Hospital, up in the attic of a church!
