Got up at 3.45am to catch our flight to Vancouver, and right now it's 5.08am tomorrow UK time, so we've been up more than 24 hours. Exhausted but very happy to be in Canada again!
We flew with Canadian Affair, which is a lot like flying Easyjet, only longhaul. The only position you can sit in, where your knees aren't squashed right against the seat in front, is uncomfortably straight upright haha. It's ok though - the price more than makes up for the discomfort! Seriously good value!
We checked into our hotel suite, went and bought some wine and groceries, went for a wander for a couple of hours, and then settled in for the evening with wine, home cooked dinner and baths! Can't wait to get out exploring tomorrow. Time to sleep!
