Cheater's Pasta...

I bought some Arrabiatta pasta sauce at Fresh and Easy last week.  It turns out I made too much pasta and had a lot of leftover penne.

Take a jar of your favorite pasta sauce.  I used Fresh and Easy's Three Cheese.  Drain and rinse a jar of sun dried tomatoes packed in oil.  Mix pasta sauce with sun dried tomatoes and toss with your favorite pasta.  Delicious and super easy!
