While I was on my pie kick I did this Cherry Cranberry Pie. I took it to a boss's house around Thanksgiving time. It was a huge hit. I think part of it had to do with the homemade crust which is super easy. I used this same crust for the meat pies. Talk about versatile!
I added a tablespoon more sugar to the crust. It didn't hurt the recipe only made the crust slightly sweeter.
There is NO way this recipe make two pies. I squeezed all that goodness into one!
