ive been trying really hard recently to loose weight. swimming every saturday with ebony, eating really good, and wii fitting it. and it has been working. i was down to 14 st 8lb. which considering only 10 months ago i was 17 stone is really good. however jumped on my wii fit(well carefully steped on it) today and ive put on 6 lbs...in like 2 days

im never happy with what i do and i get frustrated. with me doing more excersise i need to remember that im gaining muscle so my weight may go down slower than before. ive also got an issue with not eating enough so i need to work that out properly too!
