ive been trying really hard recently to loose weight. swimming every saturday with ebony, eating really good, and wii fitting it. and it has been working. i was down to 14 st 8lb. which considering only 10 months ago i was 17 stone is really good. however jumped on my wii fit(well carefully steped on it) today and ive put on 6 lbs...in like 2 days. this is the old curse that seems to effect me. its like 3 steps forward 2 steps back. its so frustrating!
i even went out yesterday to try and have a run, but due to a small child liking to go on waterslides with her mummy, and mummy going to fast and landing totaly wrong and jolting her knee i can run...so i walked 2 and a half miles.
is this not good enough for my body? seriously? what more can i do?
ive gone from nothing to about 4 hours excersise a week, this is going to go up when we get our bikes and ebonys trailer, then itll be more like 6 or 7 hours excersise a week. and eating 3 small meals!

so frustrating!
work are trying to get their asses in gear, ive been doing admin most of the week, hope theres lots waiting for me when i go back. 4000 reactivations by 6pm friday...no idea why...maybe were trying to prove that we do work sometimes...dispite having no funding available right now!
im also looking forward to the guy who sits next to me being back from his hols. hes a tranny, exactly 1 year older than me born on the same day, hes larger than life and hes just been to bang face. a drug fulled rave in a brighton butlins!
