Why John Hart shouldn't be second in command at Torchwood
I do think of odd things early in the morning
1. John went to murder rehab, it obviously wasn't successful, not something you look for in a position of authority.
2. John blew up most of Cardiff, could be very big danger to hub
3. He is a murder and a thief, those are not leadership skills or transferable
4. He would kill the dynamics of the team/cause the whole team to want to kill each other and him
5. Too much of am obsession with the team leader, liekly never to do any work that isn't staring/doing the leader
6. He belongs to the Time Agency, one team is more than enough
7. Likely to killl the team, sell the technology for profit and take over the world
8. Has tried to kill the team more than once
9. Does not seem to drink coffee
