I disagree with 2. I think he'd disagree all the time. BUT then Jack would either immediately melt in the face of dominant!Ianto and do whatever he said OR grab him and pin him to a wall, thus stopping anything getting done until the growly sex was done with.

also: 7. If Leader were to suddenly piss off again, Ianto would be too busy destroying things/being Emo and eating icecream to lead effectively.
