Red Sox win tonight by the score of 6-2. Ortiz came up huge with a 3-run double and Dice pitched really well. Pedroia is still kicking ass and Jacoby I think has got his groove back which is huge. The pitching was good, though the 9th inning HR by Thome wasn't much appreciated. But they won and that's the big thing. Anyways I got nothing else to really talk about. I'm kinda bummed out about Bernie Mac. He was a good comedian and seemed like a good guy deep down. And 50 is way too young to go. Way too young. :( Also, I am pretty bummed out at the
news of Paul Newman only having weeks to live. He's completed his chemo and is now at home and apparently has told his family he wants to die at home. I always loved him as an actor and I love teh hell out of his and Joanne Woodward's relationship. Nothing short of awesome that they've been together for about 50 years. Okay this entry just got very depressing. Sorry.
On brighter sides, Angels smoked the Yankees in the later innings and won. Tampa on the other hand....you can't expect much from Seattle unfortunately and they're looking pretty crummy right now. Mehh. Oh well the Red Sox won so that's a good thing.
