I totally need to be on this damn show
I'm watching the World Series of Pop Culture and honestly, I need to join this the next time it comes around. I can get my brother no problem in on this...but a third will be tough. Maybe my sister but she's not really as well versed in pop culture like my brother and I. But then again my brother may not be as all inclusive with me even though I know just about as much as him. But anyways...yeah that's my random thinkings right now.
Anyways onto the Red Sox postgame goodness. They won today to a score of 11-1. Glad to see them scoring runs and not only that but getting hits w/ RISP AND w/ 2 outs! *gasp* Shocking I know. Anyways, Coco Crisp and Kason Gabbard both had huge games today. Coco had 3 hits and drove in 5 runs, hell he could've driven in 6 if they had called Mike Lowell safe at home(He was safe, btw). Gabbard...I think we got something there. He went 7 strong, struck out only 1 but he only gave up 2 hits and one run and that hit and run could've been avoided easily if Wily Mo wasn't such a suck in the outfield. Damn good fucking outing there! But yeah it was a great game had by all. The Fox broadcast was okay, but I think Thom Brennaman has a giant crush on Terry Francona. He kept going on and on and on and on about him all game long. It was kinda cute and creepy at the same time. Also Joe Girardi's son is a adorable. He was in there with a Red Sox cap on and Joe was talking about taking his son into Fenway and stuff. I guess his son is a bit of a Red Sox fan, which must break poor Joe's Yankee heart. :P
