Anyways what's new with you guys? Nothing here. I'm bored and kicking back for a few. My parents are back from their vacation. Oh and if you still wanna have me do a list of five, just lemme know. I can do anything. Anyways, with the Red Sox, Lester is still in the hospital and I'm reading this Herald report on Lester's teammates' concerns...and this one excerpt, to be frank, scares me.
Lester, whose parents flew in from Seattle, had been experiencing ongoing back problems. He also hadn’t been feeling particularly well of late. One teammate revealed Lester had also dropped some weight recently.
That last part...that's a serious symptom to lymphoma. That is scary. I hope to hell it's just an infection and he's okay. Or that if it is cancer, theyr'e able to get it out of him sooner than later. Because he's got his whole life ahead of him, and he doesn't need this. At all. Here's to Lester being okay.
Red Sox face the Blue Jays tonight w/ Kyle Snyder going against my love/hate interest, Ted Lilly. Lilly has killed the Sox a lot, and even though he sucked last time out, I'll take that as a fluke and see what happens from here on out. Rosters expand today so some reinforcements will likely be called into play. Hopefully some people who can help the cause a little. AKA some youngins to help rest the vets who've bene palying almost everyday since. AKA Cora and Lowell could use a day off.
