Terrific Tuesday!

Okay, so here's my plan for the day:
500 cal
(eating the things in my fridge that are non vegan)
hopefully today can be one of two vegan days, and then continue as a private vegan (meaning eat vegan except when it would be socially inconvenient to others). I'm trying to transition slowly, vegetarian is easy, vegan not so much.

Also, today I'm going to go be a participant in a gum study! It's ten weeks long, basically they pay you to chew eight pieces of gum a
day. The purpose of the study is to find out the effect of chewing gum on weight loss. So when they screen you, they ask, do you have a history of eating disorders, and I say no, no, no. Lol, anyway, going to try in incorporate the 28 day plan in here. I really need to get back on track, and it seems the only way to kill my bulumic tendencies lately has been heavy regulation, low calories, and adequate exercise.

Yesterday was my worst binge in a long time, but I'm down two pounds from yesterday, so thank you to the powers that be. And it was kind of a planned binge. Disgusting, I know, but such is life.

Ugh, hardest part of veganism is giving up gum, actually. Only wrigleys has no animal products in it, which is a godsend, but still, I'm not a big fan of wrigleys. Luckily that's what I get for the gum study.

Alright, well, if I get through today without throwing anything up, and I stay under 500 cal and burn approx half of that, I'm going to consider my day a success. Going to check the self-esteem/personal part of the "28 Day Plan," and see what fun is in store today!
