Wind flew against the broad landscape of trees and open fields. Our car drove through as the sky started to become a mass of tinted clouds threatening to poor down. Temperature was sinking though it wasn't too cold just chilly and cool. Rain dripped against the windows leaving streaks of newly fallen water still foot printed on the view of the scenery we passed. These are the days that I miss so dearly. We never got them very often in California, only once or twice a year and when it came it was not a long storm spanning weeks, it was more like days and sometimes hours. I loved the rain, that melancholy feeling that washed over you but it has a mix of beauty and wonder. I have had grave doubts about the outcome of this trip since it is not my ideal way to spend 8th grade I am still favoring the chance to spend the beautiful Autumn days in the north-eastern parts of the country. I am very glad that I have traded in the hot blistering sun for windy, drizzling and cold days. There are few things that are purely beautiful in this world but a true Autumn is definitely one of them.

Sorry that this post was more me babbling on about weather than anything else. I think Mom and Pops did a pretty good coverage of the day, I just wanted to inform everyone on the beautiful weather we had earlier today.
