Reading your journal has been super-informative so far! I'm a vegetarian too, and I ALWAYS have a hard time finding things to eat when I am travelling. It's easy to be veggie in California, but not so much in the middle states...anyway, I love reading about what you eat. :)

Well that is nice to know because I wasn't sure if I was talking to much about food. It is a big part of the experience of the trip but I don't know if it was super entertaining to read. I am glad that someone is enjoying it! ;) It is also nice to see some more fellow vegetarian.
