A new record
Prior to yesterday, my bowling high score was a 22. Now I can say it is 87. A huge improvement I think. I even beat some of the people I was playing with. But then again, if I could beat someone with a score of 87, they obviously suck too. But I am proud my sucky technique isn't totally unworkable. I noticed that everyone else besides another friend and I bowl with force. Instead, my ball slowly and painstakingly rolls down the lane and hits the pins with an unenthusiastic thud. A small portion of the pins fall down reluctantly and the process repeats itself for 10 rounds. It's quite sad to watch really. I tried to roll the ball with more force, but once I do that, the ball curves one way or another and goes into the gutter. So wimpy force it is. I prefer to call it a gentle touch. I play bowling with a gentle touch. :)
