A learned man came to me once.
He said, "I know the way, -- come."
And I was overjoyed at this.
Together we hastened.
Soon, too soon, were we
Where my eyes were useless,
And I knew not the ways of my feet.
I clung to the hand of my friend;
But at last he cried, "I am lost."

just got back from a david byrne concert, he's cool, but i think he's crazy. not like crazy, but like insane crazy. it was good, but it's really sad when old people go to concerts and try to "dance" and stuff and act young but in doing so only make themselves look that much older.

i've decided that daniel creim's dad is my hero, he's big and fat, has red hair and a mustache, and is ALWAYS smoking a cigar. he's really scary, but also way cool.

i shall imagine life
is not worth dying,if
(and when)roses complain
their beauties are in vain

but though mankind persuades
itself that every weed's
a rose,roses(you feel
certain)will only smile
--ee cummings

also, i missed the alki music festival, shucks. if anybody went, tell me how it was, *cough(maddi)cough*.
