I was in the uni bookstore getting next quarter's texts, when I noticed two of the required books for a lower-division English course were Alan Moore's "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" (<3) and "Watchmen." Tom Lehrer will be 60 this year. I remember my dad would play Lehrer's records when I was a kid, and getting some of my earliest knowledge of the Cold War, math/science history, and Vatican II from there.
