Never trust your first impression, never!
This week at work has been just great. I've finally started working on new projects and got precious advices from my boss. I couldn't ask for more. I love being busy and finally start to learn new things.
Even my collegues have revealed themselves as nice and warming people. They invited me for lunch last Friday and we got to know eachother a lil' bit better.
Everything's just getting better day after day and I couldn't be happier.
Friday the doorman brought me two packages which were waiting for me in the lobby (how could I have imagined I received mail!?).
Thank you so much Jaami (plush_octops) and Kat (kat_penguino)! I adore the cd mixes Jaami made me (great selection!) and the gorgeous gifts Kat made me for a swap @ craftster.org (you should absolutely check Kat' journals over at Kat's Meow).
Yesterday has been a super warm and delightful day here in NYC. You could walk outside without your coat and enjoy a wonderful sun. Too bad that I didn't take that occasion to take the Circle Line for a nice ferry trip around Manhattan... Today is too grey and cloudy for long walks and photo shots, so I'll be probably going to the Metropolitan or the Guggenheim which are both in my area.
Has any of you been to the Museum of Natural History? I was wondering if it was worth the ticket.
