Buttoned everything back up this morning at express speed after 6 hours of shit sleep. Car runs on all four cylinders, scoped the rocker arm cover and #1 intake doesn't seem to be more than 10-15% louder than the others. Rattles like a bitch when warm, less so when cold, all the damn time but I'm still having trouble tracking it down.
Never did find the little washer.
