Last night I was up until 2 AM baking for our Boys and Girls Club bake sale today.  I had planned to be out of town this weekend, so I told them I would contribute some baked goods, then promptly bit off more than I could chew.  I only used half the ingredients I bought, but still managed to make White Choc.
