What music did they play at Beethoven's funeral? ♫¸.•*¨♥✿♪
In March 1827, snowstorm lightning woke the deaf and ailing 56-year-old Ludwig van Beethoven who'd been confined
to his bed in Vienna for months. Startled from coma, the composer opened his eyes, raised his fist to rail against the sky, then collapsed
and went back to bed, dead. So the story goes.

Beethovan's Funeral, March 29, 1827 - 30,000 mourners attended his funeral, 40 torchmen leading the procession
And as would be fitting a Musician General such as Beethoven, the music played on that day was his "funeral march".
