welcome. i have a DW account too that i barely use, i just am not sure what to do with it. i was unable to migrate content properly to DW from LJ. i guess you need to do it the other way around from DW to LJ. i find it yet another step in something already too complicated. i wish DW and LJ had more share options with each other to include WP, Tumblr, or goodreads for instance, but i guess it needs to come from those 3rd party services. LJ is not recognized as that big an alternative. just FB, YT etc. there are also sign in issues with gmail from multiple services. i use disqus sometimes but that only addresses WP for universal sign up. it would be great to write once and then publish many. different people on different services. i haven't seen music articles link share to LJ or DW yet. unlike YT many of them are proprietary in they want you to sign up to access their content. i do like bandcamp. it's simple and easy. maybe in another 10 years we will see IT evolve to be more connection friendly with content. google just seems to push
