In an effort to get to know who was visiting her LJ,
pdragon76 asked visitors to enter a random comment to which she responded with 5 questions we were asked to answer on our own LJ. Her questions and my answers are included below. Per her request, I am inviting anyone out there who wishes to join the fun. Here’s how:
1. Leave me a comment below saying anything random. It can be something thought provoking, like a favorite quote or song lyric, or just a random thought or observation.
2. I will respond (eventually) by asking you five personal questions so I can get to know you better.
3. You will update your LJ with the answers to the questions.
4. You will include this explanation and offer to ask someone else in the post.
5. When others comment asking to be asked, you will ask them five questions.
And so on, and so on...
Here are my answers to 5 questions from
pdragon76:
1. Is SPN your first fandom? If not, what was your first fandom and tell me how you came to arrive in this one.
Yes, SPN is my first fandom. My girlfriend got me hooked on Supernatural about halfway through the third season and then stopped watching the show, leaving me no one to share my newfound obsession with. In a desperate search for other SPN fans I joined a yahoo group. Through their recommendations I discovered fan fiction and was lucky enough to stumble across your story “Bean Town Rising”. You’ve been my favorite author ever since.
2. What irritates you about other people?
On some days just about everything. Those are the days I can here a little familiar voice in my head telling me, “Demons I get, people are just plain crazy.” Of course, if I said this out loud people would look at me like I’m the crazy one. Not that they’d be wrong. I’m just sayin’.
3. Open your fridge. Justify the most disgusting thing in there.
Hmmm, so many choices.... Actually, my fridge is pretty experiment free at the moment. I do, however, have un ungodly number of condiments. I mean, you could create an entire meal with all the condiments in my fridge. And, I have no idea where they all came from. Really.
4. Do you has any pets? Tell me about them If you don't has any pets, EXPLAIN YOURSELF.
Yes, I have a 2 year old calico cat named Cleo. She’s not normal and more than a little bit crazy. For some reason she loves to go out just before a rain storm. She’ll come back all wet and muddy and then purr in my lap while I give her a rub down.
5. What is the most noble act you have ever committed?
Wow! That’s a really hard question. I can think of a number of times that I simply held my tongue that might be considered a noble gesture, considering the effort it took on my part. Seriously though, I try hard to be a good friend, not judge and stand by those I love through difficult situations. There are a couple of instances I could tell you about, but I owe those involved a degree of privacy and don’t feel comfortable discussing the details here for everyone to see. If you would like more details you can contact me privately and I’d be more than happy to share them with you.
