starting early... and seeking advice
Ok, I know 24, is FAR from early to be finally moving out of your parents' house.. But what I mean is that it's early in the year, and my goal this year is to get moved out of here and moved in with a room-mate or two (or three) by the end of the year. I'm still not sure if I'll be able to fit full-time hours in with my part-time school schedule (I should be able to), which includes studying, AND have time for a social life.. So, I'll probably be extremely busy once school starts, and if I'm moved out on my own, AND if I'm still able to work full-time... So, don't expect to see too much of me starting in fall.
Anywho.. The main point to this whole post is to see if anyone's got any advice on shopping for apartments (what to do, what NOT to do, what to look out for as far as people trying to screw you over, etc). Also, if anyone happens to be looking for another room-mate, or know of someone who is (and have basic info on how much it'll cost a month) let me know, thanks! ^-^
