you CAN scramble eggs in a wok!
Oh, the joys & comforts of moving. I was up packing until midnight last night. Managed to get most of the kitchen packed up. Forgot to leave at least one cooking implement. Scrambled eggs are a little tricky to make in an electric wok, but they turned out ok. We took a load of boxes over before Bruce had to go to work & got most of the kitchen stuff put away.
The cats are starting to realize what's going on. I can see that "oh no, not again" look in Tiggs eye. This will be the 8th place he's moved with me! Crazy.
I'm really so happy that it's going to be in the 90's & terribly humid on Wed. That should make the move easy.
