2020, what a year so far...
A worldwide recession ensuing, people burning down cellphone towers, people drinking bleach, people rejecting a little cloth over their mouth, malicious actors attempting to circumvent legitimate protests to pursue a sinister agenda. It is more than an understatement to say that this is an insane situation in America. I doubt we'll see the end of the USA.
We're not as fragile as the world may think. But we have lost our way since 2001. The conflicts in Iraq, Afghanistan, and perhaps elsewhere we may not be aware of. These were marked turning points in the direction of our focus. But moreso in 2017 when trumpo started his agenda of being a dick and fear-mongering to get what he wanted. Arguably we actually lost our way since 𝔱𝔥𝔢 𝔰𝔥𝔞𝔥 was installed.
That one episode that haunts us and them to this day. I think we're going to see the military take more of a role in the coming months. This sounds a bit odd. But I believe they are going steer the president into a more level headed direction. The military would certainly not want this country to delve further into tumult than it has already entered.
Now that is just a theory of mine. So far most of the things I've written here haven't been proved true. But there are a few things that I think I wrote that came to pass, such as trumpo slowly becoming a dictator, the US becoming ridiculed on the world stage, agitators attempting to make power grabs. I wish these things did not happen.
I wish that trumpo would've been a mediocre president who dropped the conservapro tough guy act. I wanted to like him. But you can't like someone who has straight up infringed on people's and company's first amendment rights. Even to the point where he's being criticized harshly by former military generals. This is a trying time in America.
But I believe that if we all stick together, vote for the one guy who can get us deals, we'll eventually overcome this lapse in leadership. I'm not saying Biden will solve our problems. But he'll be a hell of a lot better than the shitshow we've been subjected to since 2017.
