I'm done with their lame and bullshit excuses...peace blockbuster!

I've finally learned to be a big girl and let Josh go. I haven't been happy at blockbuster for a while, but I stayed because of him. He doesn't like me, and now, the job definitely doesn't give me what I need, so I'm leaving. I've put in a ton of applications, I'm just waiting to see what will happen.
The scoop:
They had to cut my hours because I'm part-time and got full-time hours for too long. Why didn't they correct that as soon as it happened? They knew what the fuck they were doing. This week, I had five days, but Jay took one away from me to benefit him. Why couldn't he take someone else's shift? I had no say. I was allowed to have those hours. Fucked up, huh?
I had an interview today at bath and body works and she said their company treats managers excellent and that you don't hear that a lot from corporations. It's very true!
I got in a fight with Josh today about his turnover rate. I say "if we have to do background checks, why don't we do drug testing? What's the difference? Our employees steal and do drugs anyway." He didn't even ask about that, but he said I'd have to ask the CEO. I told him I'd have to shoot him if I came face to face with him. He goes as if blockbuster is so bad. Go dig a ditch. I said I would if they were hiring, but they're are plenty of mexicans doing it. He said you wouldn't last a day. I said if blockbuster isn't that bad, what's up with your turnover rate? He said hours and pay, which we tell them about in the interview. I said obviously not. You obviously lead them on because every single one of them have come to me complaining about one or the other or both. I said and I've trained at least 20 people that have come and gone in the ONE year that I've been there. He told me to shut the fuck up and that I didn't know what I was talking about. I just gave him examples. Sarah (the four star that lasted about 3 months if that) wanted and was promised $8.50 a hour and 15 hours a week. She came to me saying I only get $8.00 a hour and Josh is getting 45 hours a week and I'm getting 1 or 2 days. They say they need to cut hours, but I have bills to pay. I explained that he was salary, but she had a good point. She finally got her 50 cents and hours, but she still quit. Hmm...I wonder why.
Nichole (the new hire that started about 2 weeks ago) was told that she'd be promoted to manager pretty fast. What manager and that still isn't full-time, which is what she wants. She already went out and found another job. Josh was mad and told me to call her and tell her to quit because she's no help at all. He said I'm sick of people lying. I was like how about it's what you tell them in the interview. They told a girl that they were about to write up that she could be promoted to a manager. WTF? You get written up and promoted at the same time? How the hell does that work?
Then there's little me. I bust my ass, I do my assistant manger's job, I go out of my way to keep busy and help Josh's workload easier and I get 3 days this week. He calls niceville and they say I can work there 2 days, but then Jay calls them and takes my day away. What the motherfucking fuck? He said it's because Josh needs to cut labor. First of all, I was working at Niceville. That's Dave's labor. Second, why did he have to take my shift? Just last week he was saying he was mad that my hours were cut. He could have taken Melinda's shift or one of Dave's because she doesn't really want or need to work, she just wants to help out. But, it's whatever, Blockbuster can kiss my ass. I'll leave as soon as I find another job. I have to, but it's not even worth a two week notice. I bet you I could write down all the people that have come and gone since I've been there and it would be at least 20 or more. He knows I was right. Talking about I don't know what I'm talking about.
