This sounds like something that could turn into clinical depression if you don't watch it (including your moods) like a hawk* -- take care of yourself, bb. Try to get adequate sleep, nutrition, socialization and sunlight (think about bringing back/mailing yourself a full spectrum lamp-or-bulb from the states?). I heart you and I want your brainspace to remain a good place to live, so I think what I'm saying is that if you reject the idea that this might turn into something bigger that that's okay, but that consciously practicing self-care probably won't have a negative impact on your life, so try to practice self-care consciously if you can.
*It's really easy to go from "I feel like blah" to "I haven't left my bed in two weeks and I'm not actually physically ill, this is bad" without noticing any of the interim steps.
Happens to everybody. Some days you just can't get yourself into the present, y'know?
When you're back to critical thinking, I was wondering...despite how long ago you gave me some tips on my screenplay, I'm having some difficulty diving back into it. I was wondering if you could give me some tips on how to approach the task, as a writer. :)
